POLICIES

• No refunds or exchanges on tanning memberships or products

• There is absolutely no sharing of any accounts. If found, client will be reported and the account will be deleted with no refunds

• Monthly accounts cannot be frozen for any reason

• Please do not use any oil or other store bought products in the tanning bed. These will crack/ruin the acrylic and decrease your tanning results

• Unsupervised children are not allowed in the tanning salon

• Visitors must wait in the reception area and are not allowed in the tanning room while tanning is in session

• Please remove all jewelry and any sharp objects prior to using the tanning equipment

• Please leave all of Tan4life's belongings in the room

• Please thoroughly check the room for any personal belongings as Tan 4Life is not responsible for any articles left behind
